EDDM Mailing Projects
These are the easiest and most economical way to reach the maximum number of people within a certain ZIP code and a certain demographic (example: you can target an EDDM to households making over $250,000 in the ZIP code 60642). That said, EDDM mailing projects are identical postcards that are not addressed to specific individuals and can therefore seem very impersonal. Each EDDM mailing carries a 5,000-piece maximum. Do you have more than 5,000 pieces? No problem – we’ll process your mailing as separate orders.
If you’d like to step it up a
notch, purchase a mailing list (you can use select from specific demographics or not, example: you can send to all heads of household in the ZIP code 60642). Once your mailing list has been purchased, you’ll be able to send your piece directly to your target audience. Once a mailing list has been purchased, your mailing no longer qualifies as an EDDM piece. If you’d like each piece to be addressed to the head of household, we’ll need to explore other postage options, detailed below.
Standard Pre-Sorted Mail
This is a fair middle ground between EDDM mailings and the next step up. On mailings over a quantity of 500, you can qualify for discounted postage rates by sending pre-sorted mail. You provide the mailing list, and we can take care of the rest! We can even perform a mail shop on your mailing list (or scrub your list); if any addresses come back invalid, we’ll pull those names from the mailing to save you a bit of money on postage. Standard pre-sorted mail typically arrives in your audience’s hands within 3-5 business days of leaving our mail house.
First Class Pre-Sorted Mail
This is the way to go if you’re looking to get a piece of mail into your target audience’s hands and it needs to arrive quickly. You’ll still qualify for that discounted postage rate, but your discount won’t be as hefty as opting to send via standard pre-sorted. We can still scrub your list if you opt in to that option, and you’ll still receive a list of invalid addresses. None of the invalid addresses will be sent, and you will therefore save a bit on postage. Once the mailing list has been received and the project is processed, pieces will arrive within 1-2 business days.
