If you are a designer or need some direction to share with your team, here are a few guidelines to keep in mind:
- Design File Type: AI, EPS, PDF, PSD
- Resolution: 300 DPI or higher
- Dimension: Standard - 3.375” x 2.125” + 0.125” Bleed or Custom Design
- Cards with Embossed or Raised Lettering
- Fonts: Please include all printer and careen fonts used to create your artwork or convert to outlines.
- Embossing: No embossing on the edge of the card - Must remain 0.25” form the edge of a card.
- Images: Make sure that you include all your placed or imported images when sending artwork.
- Layers: Please do not flatten or rasterize your Photoshop files. We need them layered and editable, so we can convert the files into outlines to give you high quality prints on your cards.
Art files can be sent via email or submitted through the
AG file sharing website. You’ll need to provide your contact information along with any useful photos, logos, taglines, and text. From there, our team of design experts will work quickly to show a range of different design options. Simple revisions or formatting typically takes 24 hours or less. For full-service graphic design options from scratch, the first round of graphic design proofs can be ready within 48 hours. Subsequent rounds of graphic design changes and edits are typically turned around within 24 hours.
