I’ve worked as an Account Executive here at AlphaGraphics Chicago North for about three years and I’ve worked on countless business card orders, invitations and postcard mailings. However, my favorite type of project to work on would be tradeshow printing because there are so many different ways to make your business stand out!
With our office located in Downtown Chicago and just a few miles from McCormick Place Convention Center, we serve clients visiting for tradeshows on a regular basis. I often get asked what types of materials to bring for shows so I’ve created a traditional tradeshow package I like to offer that is affordable and of course, can be produced quickly.
Retractable banner stands come in a variety of models and sizes, are easy to transport and reusable for future shows.
2. Company Brochures, Information sheets
Company brochures or information sheets are important to have on hand as they give visitors information to bring back and report to their team after the show is over. Digital printing is produced quickly and at a minimal cost.
3. Business Cards
Did you forget to bring a supply of these? Many conference attendees will be overloaded with handouts, and you might have run out of brochures or other conference giveaways. In these situations, a simple business card with your contact info and your website, will be enough to create a lasting impression beyond the conference.
4. Backlit Displays
If you are planning further ahead for your show and have a bit more time, we also carry high-end, lighted displays. These displays are also reusable and transportable, but require a bit more time for us to produce. Lighted displays have individual panels and are printed on a custom material called Photomural. This particular material helps keeps colors vibrant, allows light to shine through and can be cleaned easily.
Tradeshow attendees love giveaways! Our Corporate office stocks a wide variety of promotional items such as pens, water bottles, coffee mugs and flash drives. All items are ready to be customized with your logo. These are a sure way to leave a lasting impression!
