AlphaGraphics North East wins “Most Improved”
Last Wednesday (04/09/2013), the Procurement Service at Durham University held their very first Supplier Recognition Awards, which aimed to recognise the suppliers who had made an outstanding contribution to the University during the course of the year. The ceremony gave out ten awards for a range of categories, covering all aspects of supply and service.
AlphaGraphics North East were thrilled to win the “Most Improved” category, for the work we do for a wide range of departments within the University. The Procurement Service stated why AGNE received this honour: “AlphaGraphics, one of our print suppliers, have worked with the University for over 10 years. Since the demise of a long standing local supplier, they have stepped up and have taken on four times the work they had done previously. Despite this massive increase in workload, they have managed to continually improve and exceed customer expectations on quality and lead times.”
Fiona Williams, Account Director at AlphaGraphics stated: “It’s wonderful that the University are recognising their suppliers and all the hard work we do on a day to day basis – it’s nice to know that it’s been appreciated. They have been a pleasure to work with over the past three years that I have handled this account, and I hope this is the first of many supplier awards for AlphaGraphics!”
