Mark Lee is a sales executive with a record of driving multi-million dollar growth throughout a robust career with Frito-Lay and General Electric.  He is an award-winning leader known for exceeding sales goals by creating collaborative, results-oriented environments focused on profit building, customer relationships, and team development.  Mark brings to AlphaGraphics a strong general management expertise coupled with a Master’s degree in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mark worked at Frito-Lay (PepsiCo) from 1998 to 2012. He steadily advanced through sales leadership positions of increased accountability over a 14 year period. Mark led some of the company’s largest national accounts and directed teams of 200+ sales staff. As the Senior Director of Sales, Mark led HQ selling and field execution while managing a $350MM P&L. While working as the Division Sales Manager, he led a team of 8 regional sales managers covering all US Sam’s Club stores. As Zone Sales Leader, he achieved sales and profit goals within $80M Central Virginia zone; leading 12 direct reports and 200 frontline personnel. As a National Account Manager, he led growth and development of national accounts generating $70MM annually.

Mark worked at the General Electric Company (GE) from 1989 to 1997.  He progressed through sales management and product planning positions within GE’s appliance division during an 8-year tenure holding regional, national, and global leadership roles. Initially hired to implement appliance sales strategies in a multi-million dollar territory, his last role culminated with full P&L oversight of the service contract sales organization. Over the course of term, he led up to 15 direct report sales representatives, a national group of authorized exporters, and the refrigerator private label business.

The Arlington AlphaGraphics staff of 11 collectively has 224 years of experience in the industry. This staff will remain through the transition in ownership, thus providing vital consistency in customer relationships and industry knowledge.
